Vikings in Action

These are just some of the statements made by players on the Crofton Vikings, a select soccer team comprised of local players aged eleven and younger.
Approximately 35 local youth tried out for the team, and ultimately 12 were selected. The team participates in regular season games in the National Capital Soccer League and many tournaments and training camps through out the year.
One big goal for the team is a European tour in the summer of 2009, where they anticipate participating in the Dana Cup Youth Soccer tournament, an annual event in Denmark that attracts over 40,000 spectators and teams from around the world.
